Medical Master Council
The student organization for all medical master programs at Uppsala University
Welcome to Medical Master Council's website
Medical Master Council (MMC) represents the 12 Medical Master Programs within the Medical Faculty at Uppsala University. MMC's purpose is to be the voice of our students and act as a platform to address concerns and improve aspects of both academic and social environments. Furthermore, we want to improve our students' time here in Uppsala, which we try to facilitate through hosting a variety of different events and activities.

We’re recruiting Buddies and Generals to join the 2026 Kick-off Team and run one of MMC’s most important weeks — welcoming new master’s students and helping them kick-start their life in Uppsala.
The General: Be part of the core team with overall responsibility for Kick-off 2026. You’ll be the main planners, help shape the big picture, and (when needed) represent the team at MMC board meetings.
The Buddy: Help plan and be on the ground creating fun moments, welcoming new master’s students, and making sure everyone feels at home in Uppsala. Slightly less responsibility, but just as much fun!
Interested? Fill in the form via this link and join the Kick-off Team of 2026! (Deadline: 31 January 2026)
